How We Developed the Kennedy Original Placard System
"Return on investment" was redefined the day we provided Goodyear a solution to help resolve the costly misidentification and mis-shipments of their reusable shipping containers and the goods inside. Employees were either placing labels in pouches that when moved, were being torn off by forklift operators or were applying labels directly onto containers. Every container labeled with a barcode and part number had to be manually scraped and cleaned to prevent further misidentification and mis-shipments.

The Kennedy Original Placard System eliminated the additional labor cost and misidentification which lead to other issues within the supply chain.  The patented product provided an efficient way to accurately identify and manage reusable containers, pallet and racks, and is now the standard for major auto manufacturers and top suppliers. With more than 250 distributors and 2,000 customers worldwide in the automotive, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical as well as other industries, the Placard has become a critical solution for material handling and supply chain management. Replacing traditional label holders, our Placard identification systems provide easy application and removal of labels for properly tracking reusable packaging and rack storage systems in material handling and warehouse applications. Why The Kennedy Original Placard System?
